About the Training
The DEMANDS project aims to empower trainers so they can better support low-skilled adults in developing essential communication skills for today’s diverse work environments. This first Training the Trainers activity will focus on:
- Effective educational methodologies for teaching soft skills
- Strategies for Intercultural Conversation Management
- Techniques for Intercultural Interaction Monitoring
- Understanding and using Nonverbal Communication to foster trust and clarity
Participants will gain practical knowledge and experience through interactive exercises, case studies, and peer collaboration.
