We are happy to announce that the DEMANDS Open Educational Platform is ready and available online.
The platform offers free learning resources designed to support upskilling, intercultural communication and inclusive training. It is addressed to low-skilled (ex)workers, VET trainers, educators, organisations and stakeholders interested in skills development and workforce inclusion.
Users can access:
- two courses for low-skilled (ex)workers on cultural awareness and effective communication in diverse workplaces;
- one course for VET trainers and educators on inclusive training methodologies;
- assessment tools and digital certificates to validate learning achievements.
The platform is free, flexible and accessible online.
